(Im)mobilities of transnational ageing care: negotiating separation, solidarity and conflict within Brazilian families
In this project, I studied the (im)mobilities of transnational modes of care and family re-negotiations across borders under stringent border regimes. I focused on the experiences of older parents in Brazil and their middle-aged migrant offspring in North America and Europe.
